The main house, with its traditional white and stone details, is a 3-floor unit which hosts the main living and dining spaces along with 4 en suite double bedrooms, among which the master suite with its private Jacuzzi veranda at the top level of the unit.

In the lower level of Luxury Villa Utopic, another 3 double guest rooms with independent entrances may be found which offer extra privacy. In total, the villa may comfortably accommodate up to 14 guests. Last but not least, the substantial outdoor area hosts the impressive infinity pool which may be heated upon request and is surrounded by the pool deck with the pool bar/BBQ and the main outdoor dining and sitting/lounging areas which enjoy unobstructed sea/sunset views.
