Booking Terms & Conditions

The following Terms & Conditions apply to all reservations confirmed by Loyal Villas Luxury

1. BOOKING CONFIRMATION & ELIGIBILITY

A booking is confirmed only upon written confirmation by the Company and receipt of the required deposit. Guests are responsible for verifying all booking details and ensuring that all names match valid passports.
The Company reserves the right to refuse any booking at its discretion. The minimum age to make a booking is eighteen (18) years.

2. PAYMENT OF BALANCE

The remaining balance must be paid no later than sixty (60) days prior to arrival. If the balance is not received by the due date, the Company reserves the right to cancel the booking and retain the deposit as a cancellation fee.

3. SECURITY DEPOSIT

The security deposit covers potential damages or losses to the property and its contents. Refunds will be processed within twenty (20) days after departure, provided no damages are identified.

4. CANCELLATION BY THE COMPANY

In rare cases where the booked property becomes unavailable due to circumstances beyond the Company’s control, an alternative property of equal or higher standard will be offered. If this is not possible, a full refund of amounts paid for the accommodation will be issued. The Company bears no liability for travel-related costs.

5. CANCELLATION BY THE CLIENT

– Cancellation prior to balance payment: loss of deposit.

– Cancellation after balance payment: 100% of total booking value applies.
All cancellations must be submitted in writing and take effect from the date received by the Company.

6. NUMBER OF GUESTS

The number of guests must not exceed the maximum capacity stated in the booking form. Exceeding occupancy may result in immediate eviction and/or additional charges.

7. INSURANCE

Comprehensive travel insurance is strongly recommended. Neither the property owner nor the Company is responsible for personal injury, loss, or damages not attributable to Company negligence.

8. CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT

Check-in: from 16:00
Check-out: by 10:00
Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and prior written confirmation.

9. USE OF PROPERTY & DAMAGES

Guests are responsible for any damage or loss caused during their stay. Repair or replacement costs will be charged accordingly.
Events, parties, or gatherings with external guests are strictly prohibited unless approved in writing in advance.

10. CHILDREN & PETS

Children are welcome. Pets are not permitted unless explicitly approved in writing.

11. SERVICES & THIRD-PARTY STAFF

Housekeeping is provided daily. All additional services must be arranged exclusively through the Company. Third-party suppliers are not permitted without prior written consent.

12. UTILITIES & FORCE MAJEURE

Water, electricity, and internet interruptions may occur due to local conditions. The Company will assist where possible but accepts no liability for interruptions beyond its control.
In cases of force majeure, the Company may offer alternative arrangements or credits at its discretion.

13. VALUABLES

Guests are responsible for safeguarding personal valuables. The Company and property staff bear no liability for loss or theft.

14. PERSONAL DATA

Personal data will be processed in accordance with EU Regulation 679/2016 (GDPR).

15. GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION

This agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Greece. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Athens, Greece.
