Layout Description

Entrance level

There is the main living room with balcony doors leading to the pool, balcony and exterior dining area. Also the interior dining area is located in this floor next to the fully equipped kitchen (all electrical appliances including wine cooler). In this floor there also two double bedrooms with a large bathroom extending in two areas equipped with bathtub. A second house with 3 double rooms, the two of them master bedroom with en-suite bathroom (one with different shower area). At the front is a fully equipped kitchen, the dining room and the living room. On the front side of the house is the BBQ with the outdoor dining area and seating area all covered with pergola. On the second level of the yard is the swimming pool with sun beds and puffed seats. All areas are air-conditioned. All rooms are equipped with safety boxes and smart TV’s. This residence can accommodate 6 persons.

1st Floor

In this floor there is the bar with a small lounge area around it with balcony doors leading to the main balcony of the house with 180 ° view. The master bedroom is also located here with great sea view, en-suite bathroom and access to the large balcony of the house. On the same floor there are another 2 double rooms with en-suite bathrooms, with sea views.

Pool Area

On the outside there are still two more rooms overlooking the pool with their own living room and en-suite bathroom. The swimming pool (about 12 meters long and 6 meters wide) is located on the front of the house with built-in sofas around it, a bar and sun loungers.
