This modern new Luxury Villa Gardenia is located on the Cycladic Island of Mykonos, near the south beach coastline, 10 km from the port of Mykonos and 11 km from Mykonos airport.

It features magnificent sea views and two amazing infinity swimming pools with grand shaded surrounding areas of over 400 sq. meters, suitable for dining and lounging at all hours. Not far from Villa Gardenia you will find the idyllic beaches of Kalo Livadi, Agia Anna, Lia, Elia, Kalafatis, and Ftelia beach, renowned for numerous watersports activities as well as for their great restaurants such as Solymar and Blue Marlin beach club at Kalo Livadi, Spilia at Agia Anna, Alemagou at Ftelia and Liasti beach club at Lia beach.

Consisting of a main building, 700 m2 at the ground floor and upper level, three guesthouses of 45 m2 each at top upper level,

one guest house of 55m2 and three extra guestroom of 25 m2 at entrance level as well as a large gym and spa area of 100 m2 and outdoor shaded areas of over 400 m2. Plot area in total is 3.000 sq. meters.

Luxury Villa Gardenia consists of 10 spacious bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, plus 7 large guest rooms with individual entrances.
