How it works

From the moment you reach out to us, one of our expert Villa Specialists will work closely with you to recommend the perfect villa for your clients – tailored to their group size, travel dates, budget, and special wishes.

To secure the villa, a deposit will be required at the time of booking, with the balance due 8 weeks before arrival.

Once the booking is confirmed, your clients will be introduced to their dedicated Concierge – their go-to person for anything they may need before and during their stay.

Our Concierge team will take care of all details, from seamless logistics to arranging memorable extra services and Experiences that elevate their holiday. (Please note: commissions on Experiences are only offered by prior agreement.)

To ensure the highest level of service and consistency, all activities and services at the villa are organised exclusively through our Company. Third-party suppliers or staff are welcome only with our prior written approval.
