Luxury villa Meliya is a modern line villa built on a green hill with panoramic views to the islands of Mykonos, Naxos, Tinos, Syros and the village of Naoussa. Meliya consists of 3 levels. The first level has 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, (one of them en suite). On the second level there is a living and dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, a desk room and 2 bathrooms. On the third level there is the masters bedroom with a sitting area and magnificent all round views.
The villa is 372 sq. ms and can accommodate up to 10 guests.
The plot is 14.000 sq.m. covered with old olive, cypress, mulberry trees and hundreds of indiginous aromatic plants such as sage, thyme, rosemary.
In the spacious verandas which are all around the house and the swimming pool the guests will find plenty of deck chairs, armchairs, built in sofas and they can enjoy their meals in one of the two dining areas (for 10 & 12 people respectively), protected from the winds in total privacy.
