Luxury Villa Sunny, is a unique and luxury property that stands on a sublime location in the south-west of the island in the area of Aleomandra, 60 meters from the sea front with magnificent views, enjoying the sea view across the Aegean to the islands of Naxos and Paros, well protected by the strong northern winds.

The Cycladic Mykonian architecture of this beautiful villa, in combination with the modern furniture, creates an elegant result as well as an impressive atmosphere.

The spacious infinity pool with loungers inside the pool dominates the grounds together with the dining area seating 10 people as well as two seating areas with beautiful pergolas which provide shade predispose the guests to enjoy ideal moments of relaxation during the day or organize a romantic dinner or a cocktail event with the residents in the evening. The extraordinary grounds of this villa harmoniously combine the elements of nature with the fully-grown trees encircling the spacious infinity swimming–pool creating a heavenly environment.

The main part of Villa Sunny is comprised of a large living room area with minimal furniture, an indoor dining table, as well as a kitchen which is fully equipped with modern appliances. A most pleasant feeling is created by the naturally shaped rocks surrounding the living room area along with unobstructed sea views.

The villa consists of 5 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms. In the main house, there are 4 beautifully decorated master bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, enjoying the magnificent view of the pool and the Aegean sea and 1independent guest house with a terrace offering an amazing view. 2 more people can sleep on the living room double sofa bed creating a total of 12 people max capacity.
